Compliance Journeys: Turning 'Did Everyone Do the Training' Into a Yes

Policy acknowledgements and mandatory training are audit points. A compliance journey makes 'did everyone complete it' a provable yes.

Somewhere in every organisation is a nervous conversation before an audit: did everyone actually complete the mandatory training and acknowledge the policies? A compliance journey turns that anxious 'I think so' into a provable, documented 'yes', which is worth a great deal when someone official is asking.

Sequence the mandatory items

Policy acknowledgements, required training, certifications, configure them as journey tasks with deadlines and the right evidence, a real e-signature, a completion record. A checkbox saying 'I read it' proves nothing; a signed acknowledgement does.

Chase the stragglers automatically

There are always people who don't complete on time. The journey should nudge them, escalate to their manager, and track who's outstanding, so compliance completion is driven, not hoped for.

Produce the evidence on demand

When an auditor asks 'show me everyone completed this', the answer should be a report, not a scramble. Configure the journey so completion is captured in a way you can produce instantly.

Real scenario: a client faced an audit and couldn't cleanly prove who'd completed mandatory compliance training, it was scattered across emails and spreadsheets. Uncomfortable. We built compliance journeys with proper e-signature evidence and automated chasing. The next audit, 'prove completion' was a one-click report. Make compliance provable before someone makes you prove it.
